Please read these commercial terms carefully before subscribing. GovTender provides trade contractors with honest terms, zero lock-in contracts, 1-click self-serve cancellation, and a full 14-day zero-risk pilot guarantee.
14-Day Zero-Risk Pilot Guarantee & Refund Policy
Every new paid subscription (Starter Briefing $49/mo, Pro Operator $99/mo, or Enterprise Fleet $199/mo) includes an unconditional 14-day pilot evaluation period. If within the first 14 days of your subscription you determine that our daily 06:00 AM dispatch does not deliver actionable commercial bids within your trade and territory, simply notify our dispatch desk at [email protected] or click Cancel in your subscriber portal. We will issue a 100% full refund of your subscription fee with zero friction.
1. Zero Lock-In & 1-Click Self-Serve Cancellation
GovTender subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or discounted annual cycle. There are zero multi-year binding contracts, no termination penalties, and no minimum commitment periods:
- Self-Serve Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside your Whop billing dashboard or Contractor Portal profile.
- Access Through Billing Period: Upon cancellation, your dispatch and portal access will continue uninterrupted until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Immediate Downgrade to Free Radar: After your billing period ends, your account seamlessly transitions to the permanent Free Contractor Radar tier ($0.00), preserving your saved settings and free access to all 8 pre-bid statutory compliance tools.
2. Scope of Services & Daily Dispatch Delivery
GovTender agrees to provide subscriber access to:
- Morning RFQ Dispatch (06:00 AM CST): Verified 1-page PDF briefings delivered daily to your registered estimator email before field crews depart, filtered for your trade classifications and designated operating radius.
- Focused Sub-$250k Commercial Filter: While general federal statutory thresholds increased to $350,000 for the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) and $15,000 for micro-purchases effective October 1, 2025 (FAR 2.101), GovTender maintains a focused sub-$250,000 filter specifically calibrated for small commercial trade subcontractors.
- 8 Statutory Pre-Bid Compliance Tools: Client-side calculators including 13 CFR § 125.6 self-performance, WH-347 certified payroll, Miller Act surety analysis, Section L/M proposal matrices, and FAR 15.4 pricing engines.

All procurement notices, RFQs, amendments, and award histories are gathered from official public transparency sources, open agency portals, and public records under US Open Data frameworks. GovTender provides notification filtering, data synthesis, and compliance analysis; GovTender does not guarantee contract awards, agency selection, or project profitability.
4. Contractor Obligations & Responsible Estimating
Contractors using GovTender agree to:
- Provide accurate company and trade classification details for dispatch routing.
- Independently verify all solicitation requirements, wage determinations, site visit dates, and Miller Act bond penal sums directly with the issuing Contracting Officer prior to formal bid submission.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement laws, including FAR 52.219-14 subcontracting limitations and Department of Labor certified payroll standards.
