Client-Side Processing Invariant: All 8 pre-bid statutory calculators and compliance engines execute entirely in-memory within your local browser JavaScript runtime sandbox. When you enter payroll wages, trade labor hours, surety bonding caps, or pricing build-ups, this proprietary data remains on your workstation and is never uploaded, recorded, or transmitted to GovTender servers or external APIs.

What Runs Locally vs. System Telemetry:

• Runs Entirely Locally: Subcontractor labor splits, Certified Payroll WH-347 calculations, Davis-Bacon fringe rates, pricing cost stack build-ups, CPARS rebuttal drafts, and Miller Act bond capacity analyses.

3. Information We Collect and Retain

To deliver daily procurement briefs and administer your subscription, we collect:

• Account & Dispatch Information: Business legal name, contact estimator name, email address, dispatch telephone number, company operating zip code, and trade classification (NAICS / CSI codes).
